By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have agreed to our T&C below.

Terms & Conditions:
Please send your order to ask.shopgeriz@gmail.com by using the order form given on the top tab.
All prices stated here are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Orders will be processed only when payment is verified.
There will not be any refund or exchange once sold. Refund or exchange will be made only if the item is out of stock (customer will be notified by email).
Buyer is not advised to place order if the buyer is unable to wait for the item to be delivered.

Payments must be made to DBS Saving Plus Account or UOB Saving Account via:
iBanking (with IB Nick);
ATM Transfer (Please provide a snapshot of your receipt as a proof of payment if you are doing an ATM transfer with your Name AND Email address written on it.)
Note: Strictly no cash on delivery
Do not make payments if the ATM machine is unable to produce a receipt.

Normal postage: $1.50
Subsequent item: addition $0.50
Example: $1.50 + $0.50
Bags will be charged at a flat rate of $3 per item.
Delivery time for mails sent via Normal Postage is between 2 to 7 working days.
Note: No tracking number will be provided for Normal Postage. Geriz will not hold any responsible for lost mails/damages via Normal Postage.

Registered postage: $3.50
Subsequent item: additional $0.50
Example: $3.50 + $0.50
Note: A tracking number will be provided to you after item(s) is/are being mailed out. You can check the status of your order under “Parcel tracking” page. Registered Postage is strongly encouraged.   

Exchange/Return Policy:
All goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
Please take note that the below will not consider as defects:
·         Slight differences in measurements by 0.5” – 1” as items are mass produced.
·         Color differences due to different color resolutions of individual monitors or lighting. We will try to produce images with the most truest possible colors.
·         Wrong sizes purchased. Please double check the size of your items before sending the order form.

In case of defects, we would require a snapshot of the defects within 7 days from the date of delivery before confirming any exchanges. We will not accept the return of the item once this duration has expired.
We will require the defected piece to be mailed back to us via registered mail (cost will be absorbed by us). However, if the item is no longer available, customers will be allowed to make an exchange to another item of same value or opt for a store credit. Strictly no refunds will be made.
All return items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags (if any). Items which do not fulfill these conditions will be rejected. Please make sure that the items mailed back are securely packed and sealed properly with returned package written at the back of the parcel. 

Geriz reserved the rights to modify our T&C from time to time.
